What does Project Design & Engineering cover?

A production facility doesn't start with an equipment list — it starts with the target product. We define what product, in what packaging, and how many tons a day you'll produce; from there we build the process flow, machine capacities and facility layout backward. Capacity calculation ties every step from raw material to finished product together with hourly and daily throughput; a single missing link slows the whole line down. The output is a block flow diagram, an itemized equipment list, enclosed-area and infrastructure needs (electrical power, steam, process water, wastewater discharge), and a scaled 3D layout plan. Our engineering team verifies your site data (m², ceiling height, door dimensions) through a site visit or video call; missing data isn't filled in with assumptions. This stage is the cheapest stage of the investment: a capacity or layout error is fixed on paper in minutes — on site it takes weeks and real money. The preliminary assessment is usually free.

What does Manufacturer Coordination cover?

Dozens of firms produce the same machine; the difference between them shows up not on the price tag but in manufacturing quality and after-sales support. We identify suitable manufacturers for every item in your project, standardize the technical specification into a single language, and collect comparable quotes. We break quotes down item by item, making scope differences, excluded work and delivery terms visible. We manage the factory acceptance test (FAT) request and check the manufacturer's reference facilities and past projects on your behalf. The goal isn't finding the cheapest machine — it's choosing the manufacturer with the lowest total cost of ownership and real after-sales backing. You have a single point of contact throughout; you don't have to correspond with multiple manufacturers separately, compare quotes in different languages, or catch scope gaps one by one.

What does Production Tracking cover?

Once an order is placed, production moves forward without you seeing it. At this stage we track the manufacturing on your behalf: whether the material grade matches the specification (e.g. AISI 304/316), inspection of critical manufacturing steps, interim audits and schedule tracking. When a delay or a spec deviation shows up, it's caught on the shop floor — not after shipment; a welding defect or the wrong material choice gets corrected while the part is still at the factory. Regular progress reports with photo/video records let you see concretely what stage production is at. The factory acceptance test (FAT) before shipment is planned with your product or conditions; equipment that fails the test isn't sent to site. This tracking turns the delivery date from a surprise into something predictable.

What does Logistics Organization cover?

Factory equipment isn't standard cargo: dimensions, weight, packaging and customs classification determine both the shipping cost and the schedule. We set up the loading plan, the appropriate transport mode (road, container, project cargo) and packaging based on the equipment; we coordinate export documentation, the customs process and delivery in the destination country. For heavy, oversized parts (tanks, evaporator bodies), crane access and a suitable road route are verified in advance. Insurance coverage and delivery terms (EXW, FOB, CIF) are settled upfront; surprise costs show up in the contract, not at the port. A mid-scale food line typically ships in 6-12 40-foot containers; production, sea freight and customs timelines at the arrival port are planned from the start so the equipment doesn't rack up demurrage at the port.

What does Installation & Commissioning cover?

Machines arriving on site doesn't mean the facility is running. We plan the assembly sequence and handle mechanical and electrical connections, line integration, and utility hookups (steam, air, water, waste). This is followed by dry runs, water testing, and trial production with your real product; capacity and waste rates are measured. The typical model is a mixed team: our supervising crew plus local installation labor — the most cost-efficient structure for both budget and knowledge transfer. Commissioning is considered complete when the facility delivers product at the target capacity, consistently — not when the machine is delivered. After installation, remote (VPN) PLC access resolves most fault diagnosis within hours, without a plane ticket.

What does Training & Recipe Support cover?

What determines a facility's long-term performance isn't the machines — it's the team operating them. Operators are trained on machine use, daily maintenance, cleaning (CIP) and basic troubleshooting; process parameters are transferred to the production and quality team. Product recipe and formulation support is provided on request: raw-material ratios, process temperatures and times, shelf life and sensory targets are worked out together. Training is done on-site, on your own line, with your own product — not in a generic classroom. Visual (photographed) standard operating procedures (SOPs) are included in the commissioning scope and prevent knowledge loss during operator turnover. Training language is planned around the facility's working language; the HMI screen language is set accordingly.

What does Raw Material & Supply Support cover?

A newly commissioned facility's first production run often gets stuck at raw-material supply: the right specification, a reliable supplier and a reasonable lot size all have to line up at once. We provide supplier referrals for raw materials, additives, packaging and consumables matching your product recipe, and manage the sampling and specification process. When local sourcing isn't possible, we also cover import logistics and the customs process within the scope. The goal is for the facility to move into production without delay after commissioning and to hit the target product quality from the very first batch. This support starts especially early on projects planning contract raw-material production (e.g. tomatoes, milk); the agricultural calendar and the equipment delivery schedule are run together.

What does Spare Parts & After-Sales cover?

A line's real cost shows up in downtime hours. We jointly determine the critical spare-parts list during commissioning and recommend which parts should be kept in stock on site; the first-year stock is usually included in the delivery scope. Afterward, we coordinate spare-parts sourcing through the manufacturer and handle the communication between you and the manufacturer on technical issues — language, time-zone gaps and technical terminology aren't your problem. Even on a line built from different manufacturers, you deal with a single point of contact. The first line of support is remote (VPN/PLC) access; unresolved issues escalate to parts shipment and a planned site visit. Warranty scope, duration and response time are clearly defined.
