What to check when buying a single machine
Buying a single machine looks simpler than building a line, but it is where more mistakes are made. It is not enough for the machine to run on its own; it has to fit your existing line's speed, infeed and discharge heights, electrical load and product format. One wrongly chosen machine drags every piece of equipment before and after it down to its own speed. That is why a single-machine enquiry still asks about capacity, product and the existing line. The machines below are supplied either standalone or as part of a line; technical specifications may change with your product, and the exact configuration is fixed after the pre-assessment.

How do I know it will fit my existing line?
Five pieces of information are enough: the product definition and packaging format, the hourly capacity of your existing line, the infeed and discharge heights at the point where the machine goes in, the electrical infrastructure on site (voltage, frequency, available load) and the layout dimensions. We ask for these at the pre-assessment and, where useful, work from a photograph or layout drawing of your line. Compatibility is not only physical: if the machine is slower than your line it becomes the new bottleneck, and if it is far faster, part of the capacity you paid for sits idle. The right answer is usually slightly above the line's current speed. If it must communicate with your existing control panel, that is assessed as part of the scope.
Does a single machine also include installation and training?
Yes — the scope is set per request and is fixed in writing before the quotation. The standard package covers shipping, positioning on site, mechanical assembly, electrical and, where needed, automation connection, a trial run and operator training. Some customers prefer to install with their own technical team; in that case the scope is limited to equipment delivery plus remote commissioning support, and the price changes accordingly. Whichever setup you choose, the machine is handed over with technical documentation, a maintenance plan and a recommended critical-spares list. For shipments abroad, equipment is configured for the destination's grid voltage and frequency, and export documentation and customs handling can also be included.
