Designed to European standards, the platform delivers perfect texture for mayonnaise, ketchup and all sauces with its product preparation tank, homogenizer pump and cooling tank. Additives are drawn into the tank effectively by vacuum power; the whole system is controlled by user-friendly PLC automation. Configured across a 500 – 1,500 kg/h capacity band with 500, 700 and 1000-litre tank options.
