Production Flow

Production Flow

Fully automated, hygienic tomato paste production line from washing to filling-packaging.

01
Receiving & Weighing
Harvested tomatoes are weighed on the scale, quality and brix pre-check is performed.
02
Washing & Sorting
Flotation washing, leaf/stone separation, and optical sorting are used to remove foreign matter.
03
Crushing & Preheating
Tomatoes crushed in the crusher are heated for enzyme inactivation using hot/cold-break.
04
Pulper & Refiner
Skin and seeds are sieved to obtain a smooth pulp.
05
Vacuum Evaporation
Water is removed in a highly efficient evaporator and concentrated to the desired Brix (28–36).
06
Pasteurization
Microbial safety and shelf life are ensured through thermal processing.
07
Aseptic / Canned Filling
The product is hygienically filled into an aseptic bag or can/jar.

Investment Rationale

The fundamental investment logic of the tomato paste line is to transform seasonal and perishable tomatoes into a long shelf-life, storable, and exportable concentrated product. This investment model creates added value by converting the price advantage during the harvest period into an industrial product, especially in regions where tomato production is intensive. The final investment feasibility should also be evaluated based on raw material price, target brix, packaging type, energy cost, market price, and capacity utilization rate.
