Data we collect
• Information you enter into quote and contact forms: name, e-mail, phone, company and the content of your request. • Messages you write in the site chat and any contact details you leave. • Visit measurement: which pages you viewed, time spent, referral source and approximate location (country level). • The e-mail address you provide when downloading a catalogue or report. We do NOT collect identity numbers, payment card data or health data.
Why we collect it
To prepare a quotation for your request and get back to you, to present our services, to measure which content is useful, and to meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do NOT sell your data. It is shared only with the infrastructure providers we use to deliver the service (hosting, e-mail delivery, analytics) and, where legally required, with competent authorities.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep your session and to measure visits. You can block cookies in your browser settings; in that case some parts such as forms and chat may not work properly.
Retention period
Quotation and contact records are kept for as long as the commercial relationship requires, at most 10 years. Measurement data is kept in aggregated form. Upon your deletion request, your records are erased except where retention is legally required.
Your rights
You have the right to learn what data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted and to object to its processing. Write to [email protected] to exercise these rights.
Social media connections
We use the official APIs of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube to publish content to OUR OWN corporate accounts. This connection exists only to post to our accounts; it does not access visitors' social media accounts and does not read data from them.
