What is ProcessTürk?

ProcessTürk is an engineering and project coordination company that turns a production idea into a working plant. Since 2018 we have combined project design, producer organisation, sourcing, production follow-up, logistics, installation and commissioning under a single responsibility for investors. We are not a machinery vendor: we start not from an equipment list but from the product to be made, the target capacity, the packaging format and the conditions of the destination country.

According to the referenced figure strip on our home page, 41+ plant projects have been run since 2018, 125+ pieces of equipment have been commissioned, and project, quotation or engineering work has been carried out in 27+ countries. Today this site publishes 10 turnkey production lines and 51 machines, and every service heading is explained on its own separate page. The purpose of that structure is single: the investor deals with one accountable counterpart instead of chasing several manufacturers separately. In practice that means one contract, one technical language and one schedule.

Which sectors and products do we build plants for?

Our centre of gravity is food and agricultural processing, but the scope is not limited to food. Our published line catalogue covers headings such as these: tomato paste processing, milk processing and pasteurisation, sauce production, fruit juice and concentrate, filling and packaging, solar drying, container type cold storage, the modular tomato paste system, steam boilers and chillers. The 51 machines that make up these lines are published individually on this site.

The feasibility files published in our projects section move well beyond food, into fields such as these: metal lighting pole production, baby diapers and hygiene products, meat processing and canning, wool processing, leather processing and tanning, beekeeping and honey processing, and dairy. The common denominator is not the sector but the method: no equipment list is written before the product definition, the capacity target and the packaging format are settled. For example, the same tomato paste line turns into a completely different equipment set depending on daily capacity and packaging type.

Which countries do we work in?

We work from two hubs. Our engineering and project office is in Bursa, Türkiye, and our Gulf office is in Dubai; together they keep us close to Türkiye's manufacturing depth and to the Gulf, Middle East and African markets at the same time. Our target markets group into five regions: Africa, the Gulf countries, Central Asia, the Caucasus and the Middle East.

Wherever the project sits, you deal with one counterpart: correspondence, technical evaluation, shipment and site coordination are run by the same team. Local conditions — power infrastructure, water quality, packaging habits, spare part access — are factored in at design stage. That is why the questions we ask at quotation stage change from country to country.

How does a project progress?

A project moves through five steps. First, feasibility and capacity analysis turns the product, the target market and the investment budget into numbers. Second comes concept design and layout: the process flow diagram, the equipment list and the area and utility requirements are defined. Third, equipment sourcing and production follow-up are carried out on your behalf, while the machines are still on the manufacturer's own floor.

Then installation, testing and commissioning follow; a line is not considered delivered until it has passed dry running, water testing and trial production with the real product. Finally, operator and maintenance training is given and the plant is handed over to the operating team. A single project file is kept across all five steps, so correspondence, revisions and acceptance records accumulate in one place.

What does turnkey delivery cover?

Turnkey delivery means the service headings brought together under a single responsibility: project design, producer organisation, production follow-up, logistics, installation and commissioning, training, raw material sourcing support, and spare parts with after-sales service. Each of these headings can also be bought on its own; taken together, responsibility sits at one address instead of being split between suppliers.

The boundary of scope is written down at the start. We separate explicitly in the contract what is ours and what stays on site — civil works, electrical infrastructure, customs clearance, local permits. In practice the most expensive surprise is work that falls outside scope and is noticed only on site, so delivery terms, payment plan and commissioning acceptance criteria are settled before signature. The acceptance criterion is written down as well: commissioning is complete when the line delivers product at the target capacity and does so consistently, not when the machines are handed over.

Why source from Türkiye?

Türkiye offers a balanced middle path between production quality and investment budget. Turkish manufacturers are flexible in customisation, and process quality comparable to European equipment can be installed for a more reasonable figure. Geography helps too: shipping times to Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia and the Caucasus are short, and spare parts move markedly faster than they do from distant suppliers. Most Turkish manufacturers work for export, so certification, labelling and voltage differences are routine for them rather than an exception.

The real difference shows after the sale. The true cost of a line appears in its downtime hours; a part arriving in two days instead of two weeks matters more than the initial purchase price. Language, time difference and technical terminology between you and the manufacturer are our job — even on a line built from several manufacturers, you work through one single counterpart.
