Modular Tomato Paste & Sauce System — MACLINE Series

The MACLINE Series is a modular tomato paste, sauce and fruit processing system built on a single compact platform for small and medium producers. Vacuum cooking and integrated cooling deliver efficient 24-hour operation. The system is offered in five packages: ECO (standard tomato processing), PLUS (built-in homogenizer), PRO (dual concentrate unit and dual line), PREMIUM (pepper processing line included) and JUICE (fruit processing and filtration). Each package keeps all equipment of the previous one and adds capability, so the investor can grow as needed. Standard flow: feeding pool → elevator → grinder/crusher → vacuum cooking kettle → agitated holding tank → pump & filling → jar capping. A 100–900 g semi-automatic filling head is standard. Labeling, can seaming, barcode printing and pouch filling machines can be added optionally. Achievable products: tomato paste, pepper paste, ketchup and sauces, mayonnaise, mustard, jam, fruit juices, concentrate, purée, marmalade and nectars (depending on the package).
