Solar Energy Drying System
The system produces all the heat and electricity needed for drying from solar collectors; it does not consume grid electricity, natural gas, or solid fuels. Since the cabin is closed, it is protected from dust, dirt, insects, and rain compared to open sun drying; the product retains its natural color better as it does not see direct sunlight. It automatically activates when the sun rises and stops when it sets — no manual on/off intervention is required. The drying temperature ranges from 40 to 70 °C depending on the sun's condition. The trays are 100×80 cm in size and are coated with Teflon over aluminum. They can be manufactured with wheels for easy transport upon request.
