PRO GEL Series, sos, takviye edici gıda ve kimya sektörlerinde orta-yüksek viskoziteli ürünlerin (soslar, jöleler, süspansiyonlar) üretimi için tasarlanmış yüksek hassasiyetli batch proses sistemidir. Sistem; hydrocolloid (Xanthan Gum, Pektin, Nişasta vb.) çözündürme, kesintisiz batch pastörizasyon, hassas sıcaklık kontrolü ve mikron düzeyinde tanecik boyutu azaltma işlemlerini tek bir gövdede birleştirir. Alt merkezden tahrikli yüksek hızlı rotor-stator homojenizatör ile tepe tahrikli sıyırıcılı çapa mikserin senkronize çalışması sayesinde topaklanmasız, pürüzsüz ve homojen bir ürün yapısı garanti edilir. Vakum altında proses yapabilme kabiliyeti sayesinde, özellikle Xanthan Gum gibi yapılandırıcıların karıştırma esnasında oluşturduğu mikro hava kabarcıklarını ve köpürmeyi sıfırlayarak pürüzsüz, köpüksüz ve homojen bir jel yapısı elde edilir.
