**On the processing side**, there is a filtration machine with a capacity of four frames, a 105 cm uncapping tank, and two 150 kg resting tanks. The mini filling facility includes an electronic filling machine with a gear pump, two 250 kg tanks, a transfer pump, and a melting pool with a capacity for six cans.
The melting pool is more important than it seems: crystallized honey does not become unsellable, it can be re-liquefied by heating. It is equipment that directly reduces storage loss.
