What the line does
It takes refined white sugar (ICUMSA ≤ 45) and converts it into cube sugar on a **single continuously operating line**. All stages from feeding and dosing to packaging are managed by PLC; the operator monitors the line from a single touch panel.
Stages
Sugar is taken from the dosing unit to the molding section and shaped in an adjustable multi-cavity mold. The pressing stage determines the density of the cube — thus enabling it to be transported without breaking. Then, the hot air tunnel reduces moisture at 60–70 °C, and the cooling conveyor lowers the product to packaging temperature.
The crushing and sieving unit separates off-spec products; the **powder recovery system** feeds the separated powder back into the line. This detail determines the waste ratio and cleaning load.
Why fully automatic
