Food processing and storage plants for Uzbekistan
For fruit, vegetable and dairy processing investments in Uzbekistan, we engineer processing, utilities, automation, filling and cold storage within a single technical scope.
Modular technical packages planned around harvest seasons, phased investment and long supply routes.
Multi-zone cold storage
Dry, chilled and frozen storage under one roof, engineered for phased expansion.
ProcessTürk →Turnkey sauce factory
Processing, filling, automation and commissioning for mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and other sauces.
ProcessTürk →Dairy processing plant
Scalable plant design from milk reception and pasteurisation to cheese, ayran and filling.
ProcessTürk →Official authorities to follow before the project
In a food-plant investment, the technical scope moves forward together with local permits and registrations. The authorities below are the official sources for these processes; current requirements should always be confirmed directly with the authority.
Uzbek Agency for Technical Regulation
The national authority for technical regulation, standardisation and metrology, setting the framework for product and equipment conformity.

The official source for food safety and sanitary-epidemiological oversight.

The official source for investment, industrial and foreign-trade policy, and the reference point for information on investment procedures.

Central Asia's continental climate, landlocked logistics and conformity requirements specific to the Eurasian market make equipment selection, shipping plans and layout different from a project in a temperate coastal region. These notes summarise the questions to ask at the preliminary design stage.
Harsh winters, hot summers
The wide temperature range between seasons affects both heating and refrigeration. Insulation of the building and cold-room panels, underfloor heating against frost heave beneath frozen stores, freeze protection for outdoor pipes and valves, and condenser control for stable operation at low winter ambient temperatures are addressed at the preliminary design stage.
Eurasian Economic Union conformity
Kazakhstan is a member of the Eurasian Economic Union, where common technical regulations apply to food safety and to the safety of machinery and equipment, and products with documented conformity carry the EAC mark. Uzbekistan holds observer status with the Union and applies its own national technical-regulation system. The required conformity documents are planned together with the equipment technical file at the start of the project schedule.
Landlocked logistics
Equipment reaches Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan by road and rail, often across more than one border crossing. Modules are therefore designed around transport dimensions, equipment is shipped skid-mounted, pre-assembled and factory-tested wherever possible, and critical spare parts are planned together with the first shipment.
Language, labelling and documentation
Russian is widely used for technical communication in the region, while Kazakh and Uzbek also feature in official correspondence and labelling requirements. The language of operator screens, manuals and training material is decided at the outset together with the choice of labelling equipment, and current labelling rules are confirmed with the national authorities.
What to prepare before the project starts
For the preliminary technical study to move quickly and accurately, it is enough to have the following information at hand; any missing items are completed together.
- Target product mix and expected daily production capacity.
- Plot or building dimensions, existing layout and loading areas.
- Electrical connection capacity, water source and water analysis data.
- Labelling, packaging and halal requirements of the target market.
- Raw-material source, packaging type and storage temperature ranges.
- Phased investment plan and the targeted commissioning period for the first phase.

- 2Preliminary layout and technical scope
- 3Proposal, manufacturing and delivery plan
- 4Installation, commissioning and training
